A Social Media Content Creator, working contractually, will focus on producing specific items of engaging content for our various platforms. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation: Produce specific pieces of content, including graphics, and posts to boost brand engagement, always converting audiences towards a Call To Action (CTA).
Strategy Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with client’s brand identity and business objectives, working in collaboration with the Client Represenatives.
Analytics: Utilize data to refine content, ensuring it resonates with our audience and achieves desired outcomes.
SKILLS:
Graphic Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other relevant tools. psssst… we really like using Canva.
Color Theory: Knowledge of color psychology and the ability to use color effectively in design to evoke desired emotions and associations.
Layout Design: Skill in creating engaging layouts for social media posts and other digital marketing materials.
Branding Awareness: Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency in all visual materials.
Responsive Design: Knowledge of designing graphics that work well across various social media platforms and devices.

COMPENSATION:
The Social Media Content Creator will be compensated per piece of content created. Rates will be determined based on the complexity and type of each content item delivered. All content produced will be the property of our company. Also, compensation includes commissions from referals successfully brought to work with Better Brands.
